Hello, i have the asus zenfone 2 and today i have problems with slot1 sim card, sim car is insert but is not singal service, when i put de sim in the slot 2 that work god. please i need help.. Go to dual sim setting and change preferred sim card data service from 1 to 2 and vice verca it worked for me. and yeah asus is shit..... reply delete. My zenfone 2 has suddenly stopped recognizing my sim card. neither sim 1 or sim 2 will see it. i currently have no access to either another micro sim card or another phone and won't for a day or two, so i'm looking for other ways i might troubleshoot it in the meantime..
